The service for the event organiser costs 2.5 EUR / pilot for the whole event for up to 7 days. thereis 50% discount for the next 7 days.
Notes
- The service fee must be paid before the event start
- In case of bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances the rental fee will be refunded, if not even one task took place.
- You can also book physical presence and services for setting and running the livetracking, the cost is EURO 120,00 / Day + transport and accommodation, minimum 3 days
VAT 23% will be added to all services if you dont provide an VAT number eligible for EU transactions.

Detailed pricing and notes
The cost is computed by the number of participants (more correct the number of LiveTrackers) in each event.
For Pg/HG competition events :
- For events up to 7 days the cost is 2,5 EUR / device for the whole event
- For events with more than 7 days the cost is 2,5 EUR * 1,5 = 3,75 EUR / device / for the whole event
NOTES Setup and running fee per event is fixed to 50 EUR . This cost is merged into the total cost and is given free if the total cost is > 50 EUR. If the total cost is < 50 EUR then only the setup fee will be payed.
For other Airsports
- For events up to 7 days the cost is 5 EUR / device for the whole event
- For events with more than 7 days the cost is 2,5 EUR * 1,5 = 3,75 EUR / device / for the whole event
