Cancelation Ennstal Open & National Championships
Because of the bad weather forecast and the current weather situation we have to cancel the Ennstal Open & National Championships. The Ennsvalley is currently dominated by overdevelopment, thunderstorms and strongwind in the valley even around noon.
The entry fee will be transfered back to you as written in the announcement.
For the national championships the tasks of the next two races will count:

The remaining € 70,– have to be paid in cash at the registration office. Late entry is € 150,- at the registration office. Included in the entry fee is bus transfer, road tolls, retrieval, documentation of the competition. If the comp is cancelled in advance, 90% of the entry fee will be refunded. If the cancellation occures during the competition the organisers only keep enough money to cover the costs.

Organization
the costs.
Transport:
All pilots have to be present when the flying equipment is beeing loaded into the busses. Busses go up to the parking areas of the Steinerhaus, afterwards there´s a short walk of 30 minutes to the take off. The equipment will be carried by off-road vehicles up to 70 height meters under the take off if the conditions are good enough to drive.

Liabilty:
The organiser rejects every form of liabilty for accidents, damages of any equipment, theft etc. The participation is at own risk!
Prices:
Depending on the number of participation.
Objection:
Up to 30 minutes after posting the inofficial sequence.
Protest:
Up to 1 hour after posting the official sequence. Protest fee: € 40,-. Protest against ONF: € 100,-
Disqualification:
Dangerous and reckless flying, flying into clouds, desregarding the rules.
Landing report and retrieval
All participations are obliged to report the landing instantly at the competition office. In case of an outlanding please also report via the Whatsapp-Retrieval-Group with your location.
Last Landing Report:
The time of the very last landing report is posted daily. If a pilot does not report until the posted time she or he will be searched on her or his own costs!
