Βάσει των τελευταίων μετεωρολογικών προβλέψεων η Αερολέσχη Αγρινίου αποφασίζει ότι ο αγώνας θα γίνει στις αρχικές ημερομηνίες.
Σημείωση η Παρασκευή 4-10-2019 δεν δύναται να είναι αγωνιστική ημέρα τόσο λόγω ακατάλληλου καιρού όσο και από τη γενική απαγόρευση πτήσεων λόγω στρατιωτικής άσκησης.
Συνεπώς το πρόγραμμα διαμορφώνεται ως εξής:
Εγγραφές Παρασκευή 04-10-2019 ώρα 19:00 έως 20:30 και Σάββατο 09:00 - 11:00.
Για τούς παραπάνω λόγους η συμμετοχή θα μειωθεί στα 50 € (όσοι έχουν ήδη πληρώσει θα τους επιστραφεί η διαφορά). Επίσης θα υπάρχει η δυνατότητα συμμετοχής και πληρωμής για μία μόνο ημέρα 25 € + 5 € το μπλουζάκι.

1) Υπάρχει η πιθανότητα ενεργοποίησης της εναλλακτικής ημερομηνίας για τον αγώνα μας το διάστημα 10-13/10/2019 λόγω κακής μετεωρολογικής πρόβλεψης. Η καταληκτική ενημέρωση για την ακριβή ημερομηνία διεξαγωγής του αγώνα θα δοθεί την Τετάρτη 2 Οκτωβρίου 2019. Σε κάθε περίπτωση ο αγώνας θα είναι τριήμερος (Παρασκευή, Σάββατο και Κυριακή)
2) Μέχρι την Τρίτη, 01-10-2019 τα σωματεία που επιθυμούν να λάβουν μέρος με αθλητές τους στον εν λόγω αγώνα, καλούνται να στείλουν συμπληρωμένο το σχετικό έντυπο στον διοργανωτή (Αερολέσχη Αγρινίου) καθώς και στις ΕΛ.Α.Ο. και Ε.Α.Π.
3) Το Δ.Σ. της Αερολέσχης Αγρινίου αποφάσισε ότι δεν θα υπάρχει οικονομική επιβάρυνση στους αθλητές που έχουν καθυστερήσει να καταβάλλουν την πληρωμή τους, οπότε το κόστος συμμετοχής είναι για όλους 60 €. Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής ανά ημέρα είναι δυνατή μόνο για τους guest pilots.
Event info
The Air Club of Agrinio, under delegation from E.L.A.O. organizes an
FAI cat2 paragliding competition, Panhellenic League 2019, lasting trhee days, 3 till 6 of October in Agrinio, (Aitoloakarnanias) and invite all clubs to take part in it.
Clubs wishing to participate with athletes in this race are invited to send completed the relevant form to the organizer (Agrinio Aeroclub) and the E.L.A,O. and EAP no later than 30 of September 2019.
Individual entries for the race can be done but this does not replace the obligation for clubs to send the aforementioned centralized athletes list. All holdings that are declared beyond that date, either through association or individually will not be accepted. Therefore, entries on the spot in the race will not be accepted.
Maximum number of participants: 80 pilots.

- Valid FAI sporting license and CIVL number- Pilot licence
- Signed Release of Liability Document
- Medical insurance covering paragliding (proof will be checked at competition registration)
- Third party liability insurance covering paragliding (proof will be checked at competition registration)
- VHF radio 2m
- Certified helmet and rescue parachute
- Compatible GPS with cable for connection to PC

Payments that will be done after 13 of September will have an extra charge of 20 euros (that means 80 euros total).
Guests
Free flyers will have all the benefits of the contestants (including scoring if they wish). The entry fee to participate is 20 € per day.
