Task Type: Depending on the weather, Polygon race, free distance race, race to goal, return race to goal or Triangular Course.
The Task will be set directly before the start (Briefing-compulsory attendance) from theTask Committee.

Competition Rules:
All Pilots accept the “official event notification” of the Provincial Government of Tyrol and the Provincial Government of Salzburg in full note, is flying at his own risk and peril, and must possess an internationally recognized pilot license. The 
used Glider must have validli ability insurance and a seal of approval. Helmet, emergency chute and back protector are mandatory.
Pilots who do not care about the directives of the organizer or endanger themselves or other Pilots or properties will be disqualified without warning.
Accomplishment and Evaluation according to the official Competition Regularity of the OeAEC. Documentation only with GPS (info www.paragleiter.org).
All Pilots are self dependent that their GPS is readable (special Data Cables you have to bring at your own).

Protest:
Written, half an hour after notice of the results and simultaneous payment of the protest fee.
Protest Fee: € 50,-
Protest to the ONF € 100,- according the Competition regularity from the Austrian Aero Club

Doping controls may be made unannounced.

Accountability:

The event organizer is not responsible for pilots or third persons, transfer and return is at your own risk. Wrong information at nomination and violation against the flight rules will result in disqualification.

Requirement for Participation:
CIVL-ID is absolutely necessary for Registration.


Number of participants:

max. 120 pilots
50 starting places are reserved for pilots with Austrian sports license.
30 starting places are reserved for pilots with a German sports license.
10 starting places are reserved for pilots from Tyrol (participants of Tyrolean championship).
The organizer can allocate 10 starting places as wildcard places
The remaining starting places are assigned to pilots of further nations.

If the maximum number of participants is not reached by the end of the registration deadline, free starting places will be assigned according to the WPRS ranking or ranking of completed registrations. Last Onlineregist.= 22.05

Late Registration: 25. May until 8:30 am, Check-In-Desk, Cable car Station, Alpenrosenbahn Westendorf.



Registration:
Competitions from the Austrian Paragliding League will be evaluated online via “LiveTrack24”. The User Account on “LiveTrack24” is for free. The registration on
“LiveTrack24” is mandatory.

Cancelling:

The decision on a cancellation will be announced at the earliest possible time , usually on Thursday evening before the competition, latest on Friday 24.05.2019 at 12 o’clock on our WEB site www.gfc-westendorf.at and at www.livetrack24.com.
In case of cancellation the entry fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of € 5, -


Competition schedule

Program:
Saturday 25th May, 2019
- 09:30am briefing, election of the committees at Bottom Station Bergbahn Westendorf
- 10:30am briefing followed by the Start of the competition

Sunday 26th May, 2019
- 10:30am as Saturday, finished with the award ceremon

Prizes and competition categories

Award:
Prize Money for Overall- and Serial Class
Trophies for the Tyrolean Championship.
Separate women's rating (with sufficient number of participants).

Classes:
According the definition of the Austrian Paragliding League
Overall Class | Serial Class | Sport Class
Tyrolean Competitors of the Overall- Serial- and Sportclass are evaluated for the Tyrolean Championship.
